Grayson served five years (2007–2012) as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He worked as a 6433 Avionics Technician with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24 (MALS-24) in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and completed two overseas tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He currently works as a Well Planner on the drilling team at EOG Resources in the Midland Division. Grayson serves on the Board of Directors for Project 214 and has been involved with the organization since its inception. He is passionate about supporting fellow veterans and extends the group’s mission through outreach efforts in the Big Spring community, where he resides. Daniel is a public speaker on mental health, with a focus on the conversation's veterans and high-performing operators are often left out of. His outreach work centers on the oil and gas industry, where mental health is now an operational and safety priority. At One Shot Growth, Daniel leads the front-facing arm of the business: client engagement, brand, and ecosystem development. He is based in Midland, Texas. As a civilian, Chris serves as an Asset Geologist for Permian Resources. Later in his time transitioning to civilian life, Chris saw value in co-founding Project214 a Veteran’s non-profit that serves the Permian Basin and like minded Veteran’s that struggle with purpose and down time outside of work.
